About Me-

 

Hello, my name is Porsha Rainn Miller, and I am currently playing softball for Blue Thunder 14U and have been invited to play for Elevate PNW 16U. I also currently play for Timberline Blazers High School varsity team. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old, beginning with the Thurston County recreation league playing for the Black Widows and ended a great season with 11-0. When I made 12U to 14U I started playing for the “Ai Bandits” and then moved over to the Blue Thunder.  My primary position has been a right-hand pitcher, with secondary positions of middle infield, utility. This is my first year playing high school ball as a Freshman for the Timberline Blazers Varsity team and I am so excited. My goal is to help them win the District, State and gain four letters for each year I played Varsity. Some of my happiest moments were when I played in Oklahoma City for the All-American USA Team – Region 9 and then made the team again the following year. I also enjoy playing Pickleball, Volleyball, traveling, and hanging out with my friends. Softball has taught me discipline, respect for the game, and to believe in myself. But, what I enjoy most is the team bonding and friendships I have made all over.
